With four years of experience in center-based care, Kaylee has had the privilege of teaching every age group from infants to Pre-K. This has provided her with an understanding of early childhood development and has consistently confirmed her passion for working with children. Kaylee completed her Director II certification through EEC in December 2025. Her background also includes over a year of administrative leadership at a center in Westford. Kaylee is eager to bring her experience closer to the community she has always called home. She is passionate about fostering an environment where teachers feel empowered and every child feels capable of reaching their full potential.
